The hosting service for our Digital Properties provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide the Service to you. They store your information on secure servers behind a firewall and offer HTTPS secure access and TLS1.3 encryption to most of their services.

Personal information:

Fiduvaud Sàrl will process all your personal data in full compliance with Swiss tax secrecy regulations.

All personal information is stored on secure redundant AWS and Google servers in Germany and the United States. The data will also be stored on local physical servers owned by Fiduvaud Sàrl.

In the event of the lifting of tax secrecy, ordered by the courts, we may have to disclose your information.
